Conditions of Use
General business-condition 23.03. 2006

§ 1. General
Taking second place general business-conditions are applicable to all offers, contracts, deliveries and other performances. We contradict deviant rules of the covenantor hereby expressly. All additional-agreements need the written confirmation.

§ 2. Time of the contract-end:
Through clicking the button 'order sends' you hand over a binding order of the merchandise contained in the merchandise-basket. The confirmation of the entrance of the order follows directly after sending of the order. The purchase-contract comes about with our delivery-confirmation or delivery of the merchandise.

§ 3. Offers:
All offers are subject to change and not binding. Assumption-explanations and all order need to the valid-ness of the written or fax confirmation of the salesperson. With the order, the customer explains a ware binding to want to acquire the ordered ware.

§ 4. Insight into the contract-text:
The contract-text is stored. You can realize the general contract-conditions on this side anytime. Your concrete tillage-data are not accessible for security-reasons per internet.

§ 5. Retraction-right:
You are no more tied in the sense of § 13 BGB as a consumer at your order if you revoke within a period of 2 weeks after receipt of the ware. The retraction doesn't have to contain any reason and can in writing (e-mail suffices) or takes place through return of the ware on your danger. Please stamp the package sufficiently in order to avoid penal-postage. § 6. Guarantee:
The guarantee comes after the legal regulations, with what we supply later the ware in the case of a lack at first after your election or update. If the update goes wrong or also is the supplied later ware lack-afflicted, can return you the ware against repayment of the full purchase-price so or the ware can keep, and the purchase-price decreases.

The damages restricts itself to the difference between purchase-price and value of the defective matter.
The guarantee-period amounts to two years from delivery of the ware, unless, the sold matter was used in accordance with her/its/their usual application of a construction and caused his/its imperfection.

§ 7. Delivery and payment
The delivery and terms of "Beck and partners" are shown in the tillage-form nearer. There is not any minimum-tillage-quantity. Special-shipment-forms wished by our customers are calculated with customary surcharge.
You please infer the expected delivery period from the product-description. The agreement of longer delivery periods on your wish is possible.
Please check the ware for visible damages of the package, or other showiness, with transfer through the delivery person (package-service, mailcarrier). If this should be the case, you complain about the package directly with the delivery person with the assumption. Since the shipping is assured normally, we can only announce transportation-damages if the damage was complained about with transfer.
We are justifiable to part-deliveries in scope reasonable for you. Additional shipping-costs originate only with express agreement.
The prices understand each other from work. Package, freight, customs, accruing dues and other additional-performances are calculated separately. The sales tax adds at the prices in the respective legal height on top of this.
Packages become property of the customer and calculate from the supplier. Postage and package-expenses are invoiced separately. The shipping-type's election comes after cheap discretion.

§ 8. Reimbursement
It is the offered purchase-price binding. The customer commits himself to pay the purchase-price after order of the ware within 10 days. After course of this period, the customer comes in default. The consumer has to pay interest on the debt during the delay in height of 5 percent over the basis-interest rate.

§ 9. Delivery periods
Lagerhaltige ware gets the shipping within 7 working days.

§ 10. Proprietary-reservation
Until the complete payment, the ware remains property of the company "Beck und Partner."

§ 11. Liability-limitation
Damages-claims of the customer because of a lack are superannuated from delivery of the ware in one year.
If the customer is, merchant, legal person of the public right or special-fortune under public law, is exclusive jurisdiction the business-seat of the supplier for all disputes from this contract.

§ 12. Data protection-explanation:
We use your continuance-data exclusively for the handling of your order. All customer-data become under observation of the pertinent rules of the federal-data protection-laws (BDSG) and stored the Teledienstdatenschutzgesetzes (TDDSG) from us and processed.
You have a right on free information, correction, stoppage and closing of your stored data anytime. Please send us your desire per mail or fax.
We pass on your person-referential data including your house-address and e-mail-address to third not without your express and anytime revocable consent. Our service-partners, who require (for example the shipping-business put in charge of the delivery and that assigned credit-institute with the payment-handling) the transmission of data to the tillage-handling, are except from this. In these cases, the scope of the conveyed data restricts itself however only to the necessary minimum.
