Because all goods are custom-made we cannot accept returns.
Sole excepition:
If you receive a defect product, send us a picture of it via e-mail. You do not have to return the defect product, only if we need the damaged product for the insurance.
In this case you will receive an e-mail from us with further instructions. You will also be reimbursed for the return shipping costs.
If you do not send the photo, you cannot get replacement.
