Shipping Costs:

For deliveries to countries outside the EU additional expenses in form of tariffs or import taxes will incure, which you have to bear yourself.

Until full payment the goods are property of the company.

To find out your individual shipping costs you have to add an item to the shopping cart and then click "checkout". You also have to register, but you can delete your data or your account later, even though we will not hand your personal data to third parties.
Don´t be afraid that you already ordered something. The order will only be sent to us if you click on the button "Order".

The shipping costs are automatically calculated by weight of the selected article. The exact value you will see during the process before ordering.

Shipping Time:

Almost all products have a delivery time of 4 weeks. This is not always true. Sometimes it is faster, other times it takes a little bit longer.

We can never say exactly how long the goods need to be shipped to you since this depends on several factors.

Thats why we say, that it takes a longer time up to 4 weeks. It is quite possible that you receive the goods in 2 weeks as well.

We ask your pardon in advance if it takes longer than 4 weeks but it is not in our power if the shipping company needs longer than expected. Anyways you will definitely receive your goods!

Returns:

Since all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns.

If you receive a broken good caused by uncareful shipping, we ask you to contact us via e-Mail with a picture of the broken good.
